Thanksgiving Break

When I was on Thanksgiving break, my Grammy was staying at my house. On Saturday I went to my friend Gracie's birthday party, went to my choir Christmas tree lighting, and I came home and went to bed. At Grace's party I played find  Gracie's My Little Ponies, made a bead necklace, played Sardines, played with the ponies that Gracie got from her friend Jac, played with Hallie, Gracie's friend, watched Gracie open her presents, played pin the pony mark on pinkie pie, ate a butterfly shaped peanut butter and jelly sandwich, apple slices, and a Chocolate Cupcake,and I colored a Pinkie Pie coloring sheet.

At my Choir Christmas Tree lighting  performance, I sang In The Spirit, Ugly Sweater, and all of the Choirs sang We Wish You A Merry Christmas. When I was singing and listening to the other Choirs sing I was really cold.   The other Choirs that sang were Newton, Peabody, Homestead, and Peakview and there were other school choirs  that were there but I didn't remember them . One of the Choirs sang I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas.  Another Choir sang Jingle Bells and Deck The Halls.

On Sunday I went to Ballet class and to Kids Who Care Club. At Kids Who Care Club I made cards and passed out cookies at a Retirement home. Later that day, I continued to make my mom's Animal book that I am going to give to her at Thanksgiving because we our going to have a gift exchange at Thanksgiving. My Grammy read Marie Grace to me. Grammy's dog Charlie played with Luke's blue ball and popped it.  We tried to blow it up again. My mom put tape on it but it wasn't staying on the ball very well so my mom took it off. While my brother and I were trying to blow the ball up, Charlie was barking. I also  played Tetris.

On Monday I went to Luke's doctor Barrio's appointment, ate breakfast and lunch, and also played Princess with my friends Sammy and Grace,  When Sammy and Grace were at my house, Luke performed a show for me and Sammy. Luke was going to let Gracie have front row seats, but she did not want to watch it, so Luke let Sammy have the front row seat. Sammy also did a show but this time Gracie wanted to watch it, so Luke let her have the front row seat. Luke and I  also watched Sammy's show. I also colored more of the water in the fish picture that is in a animal book that I am going to give to my mom for Thanksgiving because we our going to have a gift exchange with our Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. I wrapped and stapled mommy's animal book together, helped my mom wrap presents that she is going to give to my cousins, ate dinner, made snack mixes for my cousins, Aunts and Uncles, played on Grammy's phone,  played Tetris, played games on Grammy's iPad, and took a shower. My Dad read Harry Potter to Luke and me, Grammy read Meet Cecile to me, and I went to bed.

On Tuesday I woke up, said hi to mommy, ate breakfast, played games on Grammy's iPad, went to the zoo, ate ice cream at Bonnie Brae Ice Cream, and played Tetris. At the zoo Grammy, Luke, and I saw a lizard, big snake , kangaroo, Emo, Red River Hog, Sea Lion, Giraffes, Okapi, Mountain Goat, a Elephant, Gorillas, Orangutan, birds, snakes, and fish. At Bonnie Brae I had Oreo's and Cream ice cream. I got a sugar cone and I got ice cream on my face. My ice cream was dripping out my cone and ice cream was falling out of my cone. After we had ice cream at Bonnie Brae, Grammy picked my dad up from work and Luke and I  went  home with  Mommy.  When I was playing Tetirs my mom's pieces were not going where she wanted them to go.  My dad was making gold and silver glomes. My dad makes glomes with 4 gray squares by 4 gray pieces and puts  them together. My mom was jealous that my dad's pieces were going where he wanted them to because he is better at playing Tetirs than mommy.

On Wednesday Olivia woke me up, I ate breakfast, and played with Olivia. Olivia is my cousin. We played Princess, Babies, and Fashion show. We played  Tetirs. We also played Babies outside and inside. When we played Babies in the game, we watched Tangled and Big Hero 6, and our babies really liked the characters. When we played  Fashion Show, Olivia wore a pink dress-up dress and I wore a red dress-up dress. I wore a giraffe necklace that my Grandma gave me when she was moving, and Olivia wore a Elephant Necklace that I got with daddy on a  daddy daughter date night. At dinner I ate lasagna, salad, bread, and carrots, and I drank milk.

On Thanksgiving I went  swimming in the morning with my dad and my cousin Olivia, ate turkey, mashpotatoes and green beans, went sledding with all my cousins, and I did other stuff but I don't remember what else I did.

Papa Murphy's

Today for dinner I had Papa Murphy's pizza. Papa Murphy's is a place where you can order pizza and take it home and bake it and eat it. The Papa Murphy's shop has a very nice atmosphere. The floor is  not dirty and the employees are nice and make are pizza right away and don't talk to their other employees.  Also the paint on the walls is not chipping off. Every Saturday night me, my brother Luke and my Dad, go to Papa Murphy's. We always get a Cowboy Pizza. A Cowboy pizza has mushrooms, black olives, and pepperoni,  on it.  

Noodles n Company

Have you ever been to Noodles n Company? well I have. They have really good food. For example mac n cheese, chicken noodle soup, and Buttered noodles. Noodles n company has really good service, the floors aren't dirty, and the tables are clean, noodles n company has a soda machine. The music is not that loud either.

Straw hat

Today at school I had a straw hat for lunch. A straw hat is frito chips , with meat, and cheese. I eat lunch in the cafeteria, the cafeteria is really loud. It is really nice though the tables are clean and the floor is clean, the paint is not chipping off the wall either.

Fuzzy's Taco shop

Last Sunday August 2nd we went to Fuzzy's. Fuzzy's is a taco shop. We go there about once a month. Fuzzy's has really good food. When we go there we get chips and queso. Fuzzy's is a really nice restaurant. Fuzzy's has really clean tables and the floor isn't too dirty . At Fuzzy's I had a cheese quesadilla, and my brother had nachos. The atmosphere is really nice the shop looks pretty  nice the paint on the walls is not coming off and there are pictures on the side of the wall by the stair well.

 

Cafe Du Monde

On my vacation we ate at a restaurant called Cafe Du Monde. At the restaurant there was coffee and beignets.  Beignets are donuts with powdered sugar on top. When we were walking by the restaurant to go to it  there was powdered sugar every were. When I tried the beignet it was delicious. The atmisfear is nice; the chairs are not dirty, but the tables and the floor are dirty because of the powdered sugar. By the way beingets are famous.

Hi my name is Ellie and I am ten years old and soon I will be in fourth grade, but right now it is my summer break, and I am a summer kid.

Ravioli

Today for lunch I had Ravioli. It was delicious and cheesy.  My mom made it for me at home. It took a little while to cook. It was frozen before my mom cooked it. Afterwards, the  table was really dirty with cheese.  By the way Ravioli is noodles.

Mc's pizzeria

A couple of days ago I ate at this restaurant called Mc's pizzeria. When I walked in there were lots of decorations. There was the Statue of Liberty and lots of pictures. They have really good pizza. It is really big, so if you go there you shouldn't get a large. Their pizza is really fresh and they have really good toppings. They also have good customer service. The atmosphere is really nice - they have clean tables and the floor is not dirty and the music is not too loud. If you go there and you don't know what to drink you should get triple melon lemonade. I give this restaurant five stars. If you eat at Mc's pizzeria you probably  will love it.
